Hello everyone. c: Once again I've decided to hold another contest.
All you gotta do this time is design a pokemon character for me. c:

I'm doing this simply because I just want another pokemon character but lately I've been blanking out what I should do for the design and things. So anyways...

Rules:
You may enter as many times as you want!
You may use lineart, but make sure it's okay with the original artist.
You may choose pokemon that aren't on the list, ofcourse
Don't steal anyone's elses ideas or artwork!
You may draw this traditionally, but please make sure the colors are pretty visible.
Please make it recognizable as the pokemon it's meant to be.

Tips:
I really enjoy colors and creativity. c:
I really like punk-like accessories such as collars, chains, ties ect.
This isn't for a main pokesona by the way, just another character.c:
Don't make the design too easy, but not overly difficult either.
I like blue, black, and pastel rainbow colors. but I'm really open to any colors.
I also really like stripes, checkers, spots or arrows.
